18% Tax extra above the fixed rate.
A deposit equivalent of 50% of the expected billing is required to confirm event booking and 100% payment 7 days prior to the event.
The hanging of banners/posters on the walls, partitions and door using nails, thumb tags and tape is not permitted. Free standing framed banner shall be allowed.
No refund of advance amount. In the event of cancellation of booking amount paid in advance will not be refunded. 100% Retention (total billing amount) will be applicable incase a minimum cancellation notice of 7 days is not given.
50% amount has to be taken within 3 days from the date of booking, else booking is cancelled.
Any change of Food menu apart from the designed/agreed menu will be charged over & above.
We are not responsible for cakes coming from outside. Damage also not responsible.
Settlement of the bill will be made on the same day, If the payment is delayed beyond the agreed date and time, an interest @ 18% will be charged which amount will be added to the bill.
The Banquet will not be responsible for the goods, equipments, mobiles and materials left in the venue. Any damages occurring to the banquets property during the function will be payable by the host.
No food items will be permitted from outside in the banquet.
Management of Banquet reserves the right of admission/ entry in the banquet and also removing persons not conducting themselves properly which right is final and the guest will have no right to question the decision.
Jurisdiction- This contract shall be constructed and interpreted with reference to the laws of India. The courts at host city have exclusive jurisdiction to try all the disputes arising out of this agreement.
INDEMNITY – Party hereby indemnifies keep indemnified and shall defend and hold harmless owner, their employees or authorized representatives from and against any and all suits, actions, legal or administrative proceedings, claims, demands, damages, liabilities, interest, attorney’s fees, costs and expenses of whatsoever kind or nature, including those arising out of injury to or death of party’s employees, or agents/ associates whether arising before or after completion of the services hereunder and in any manner caused, occasioned or contributed to in whole or in part, by reason of any act, omission, fault or negligence whether active or passive of party, or of anyone acting under its direction or control or on its behalf in connection with or incidental to the performance of services under this contract.
